VEO3 AI Terms of Service

Welcome to VEO3 AI ("VEO3 AI", “we”, “us”, or “our”), an AI-powered photo generation tool that enables users to upload images containing faces or bodies to generate new pictures in a variety of styles. By accessing or using our app or website (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to or understand any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to use VEO3 AI. If you are under 14, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page and become effective immediately. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account ("Account"). You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated. If you sign up using a third-party service, you authorize us to access information from that service as permitted by their terms.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your Account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

VEO3 AI may offer paid features ("Paid Services") via in-app purchases. These may include one-time purchases or recurring subscriptions (e.g., weekly or yearly). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Paid Services at any time. For billing issues related to the Apple App Store or Google Play, please contact those platforms directly.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

• Generate content that includes hate speech, violence, sexual content, or discrimination.

• Infringe upon any intellectual property rights.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service.

• Harass, intimidate, or harm others.

• Upload malicious code or interfere with the operation of the Service.

• Collect personal data of other users without consent.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service belong to VEO3 AI or its licensors. We do not claim ownership over your generated content (“User Content”).

By posting or submitting User Content, you grant VEO3 AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, modify, and adapt such content for purposes including improving our services and training AI models.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. VEO3 AI disclaims any liability arising from User Content posted by users.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, especially if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and your content may be deleted.

9. Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect and use your information and forms part of these Terms.

10. Miscellaneous

• Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict with a translation, the English version prevails.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VEO3 AI.

• Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, excluding conflict-of-law principles.

• Arbitration: Any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with SIAC Rules. The arbitration will take place in Singapore, in English, and be conducted by one arbitrator. The decision will be final and binding.
